The mission of the Alyssa V Phillips Foundation is to support individuals with Cerebral Palsy (“CP”) in maximizing independence.  The Foundation serves anyone with CP, but has a focus on serving children or the families of children with CP.  In addition to educational seminars the Foundation provides grants for therapy, medical equipment and home & auto modifications.

 

The CP Prep for Life conference brings various service professionals including leading doctors, researchers, therapist and others into a structured forum to present their knowledge of CP directly to individuals and the families of individuals impacted by CP. This open exchange of information has proven to be of tremendous value to the participants, as well as the presenters, as they seek knowledge of the various aspects of CP.
