CP Prep for Life - 2015 conference details and wishes

On August 22nd, 2015 the Alyssa V Phillips Foundation, with the help and support of 1 CP Place PLLC, was able to bring together approximately 100 family members and over a dozen professionals focused on the specific aspects of Cerebral Palsy ("CP") with the goal of sharing information and establishing connections allowing everyone to learn more about how to help children with CP live their very best lives.
